Exam of sentience [QUEST]

 Feathertailed dragon only.

"Hear ye, hear ye! From decision of the king all feathertailed dragons can now on become Colderrian citizens with all it perks. All that needs to be done is to pass one exam to prove their sentience."

From feathertailed dragon lore you can see that untill now, they were taken as something else than humanoids on Cesferus. But with recent outcomes of Dragon winter shadow, it was decided that to take all steps in order to protect feathertailed dragon species. They need to become citizens, if sentient enough. 

The sentience of dragon can be proven by exam focusing on cognitive functions, problem solving ability, communication and showing emotions on human-like level. To see how mentally developed and self aware the dragon is and whether it is able to function by itself within hummanoid society on comparable level. 

Another needed step to grant citizenship is one hummanoid that can vouch for a dragon. Prefearably it's teacher, person that knows dragon very well.

Feathertailed dragon, that sucesfully passes the exam is awarded with emblem in form of one or two thin ravoritin horn rings. The ring has carved seal of country on it, so it cannot be falsified.

Two horn rings are given to dragons, that are able to speak hummanoid languege fluent enought to communicate without problems. One horn ring has dragon, that cannot speak.

Such dragon is then treted by law in same way as humannoids in Colderra. When it comes to feathertailed dragon related shows or disciplines, it is allowed to enter without rider or halter at all. The ring must hovewer stay on horn.

QUEST OBJECTIVE

Draw two pictures.

First picture with your dragon preparing for exam. Talking with his rider, or any other hummanoid, being nervous before exam, learning to write, studying books, practicing speech, or perhaps your dragon just slept instead of learning?

Second picture should contain the exam. During exam, your dragon will be infuriated to test patience and self control, presented various scenarios to see response, asked a questions, test fine motor skills, dragons can even perform any kind of craft or talent that they think might prove their ability to fit amongsth humanoids.

Antharian dragon that watches over exams is Falaron. From colderran side there's multiple mages and scholars, usually elves, humans or dwarves. 

The exam is held outside in countryard of a castle (castle design isn't decided, so you have a free hand) or in a castle park. 

 

REWARD

• One or two horn rings
• Dragon is now on a mount AND character. Can now be leveled as both mount and rider. 
• Can attend quests, events quests shows etc. by themself, no need of a rider company (unless you want to include the rider)
• Can acompany other mounts as rider would
