Look into the left. At the top of the column you can see this months colors and theme. To create artwork for this is fairly simple. You always need to follow the word theme, but for colors there are more options. Same goes for choosing characters to depict. Post finished artworks in here, with visibly contained palette (such as colors underneath, dot swatches somewhere on the side) and word in describtion or picture title. Monthly prompt can of course combine with any other gameplay pic, such as event, mini-event, quest...
Here is list of ways, how you can approach it.
CHARACTERS
You can use WoC riders and mounts, or leave them out at all. This will decide values of exp, mp or ✪.
- No characters: +2✪ (There is no WoC mount or rider, or any other OC present. You can create scape or design creature or plant that you think might fit into WoC universe. For creature or plant, theme can be for example enviroment they are adapted for example: underwater theme = fish like creature.)
- Depicted rider: +100 exp
- Depicted mount: +2mp
USED COLORS
Atop to characters you picked, you could get more exp, mp or ✪ for sticking to colors. The more you stick to the color palette, the harder it might get.
- Palette colors for minor details: If the palette appers in flowers, crystals and other small details, that you fit into normally colored enviroment or design. Does not add exp, mp or ✪ (if no characters).
- Original character color: Characters keep their normal colors, all surrooudings, or clothes, lights etc. contain only colors offered by palette. Adds +1✪ (if no characters), +50 exp, +1mp.
- Black lines, but palette: You use black lines, but colors you pick are only the ones from palette. Adds +1✪ (if no characters), +100 exp, +2mp.
- Limited colors: Requires detailed background. For absolutely everything you use colors offerred only by palette and nothing else. +3✪ (if no characters), +200 exp, +4mp.
Only one picture per palette gives you exp, mp or ✪.
