Judges: Brissinge | Nerissien | Irsibil (judges didn't judge their own pics)

 

Generall comment: (I am sorry, the comments will be bit more dry for this one.) I am happy how this year turned out. Overall you did a good job with depicting of the setting and mood. And what's more, it seems that special visual criteria are working, becasue your chosen angles and dynamic were brave and difficult, and that makes me really proud. BUT! Here's a big but (that hopefully will be ressolved by new system of registering entries): You guys mostly forget the EPs. And since the artwise your scores were pretty close (generally around 60.0), the missing EPs did a lot.

 

STEEPLECHASE

1. Efirende scoring 80.3 with Jump into the light (Comment: Suprisingly overall well recieved entry. And let me tell you, the other riders depicted made huge difference it score. I do have to mention, that there are few oddities in angle and anatomy. Luckily they are not very appearant due the darkness of the pic though. ) 
2. Azraelangelo scoring 76.0 with Drb (Comment: Very dynamic entry, but at the same time a bit confusing, as which part of the helysarc is where.)
3. Flutties scoring 63.3 with Nine years later (Comment: Great pic, it's amazing to see the difference to the older entry. You came a VERY long way. Hovewer the chosen perspective is very challenging and not everything is correct.)
   
4. Ayazuea scoring 63.0 with The cave (Comment: Picked colors are great, and composition too. Unfortunately we had to substract points for incorrect surroundings, since the cave part of the track looks very different. Alse where water splashes from the waterfall? But me -as Brissinge- I can still say I like this entry very much.) 
5. Nerissien scoring 61.0 with Piggy run (Comment: Pretty, colorful and funny entry. Sephre stealing the doll made us chuckle. Unfortunately feeling of depth is a bit lost.)

Unranked:

Brissinge unscored with Ten and five (Comment: Self roast, here we go. Anatomy of the horse in foreground went places, and perspective of the muddy part gone also brrr. But I personally really like the background.)

 

NIGHT CREEP-STEEPLECHASE

1. Naia-art scroing 138.6 with Creepy steeplechase (Comment: Very originally picked stylisation. Great colors. Hovewer the mane and hair could be more dynamic, since it's jumping motion. But hey! Look, the Ruby necklace!)
2. Azraelangelo scoring 59.0 with Neprijemna hmla (Comment: Honestly judges were a bit divided on this picture. On one hand it feels uneasy to look at, but on the other hand, it's perfectly fitting for the night run and its atmosphere. It's very dark and moody, which is good and bad at the same time.)
