NOTE: By owning WoC mount you AGREE with these rules and
conditions, you declare you are familiar with them. IGNORANTIA JURIS NON EXCUSAT (not knowing rules does not exuse you). In case of
repeated violations of following conditions admin can seize (mark as
dead) all your colderrian based mounts and ban you and all your riders.

OTHER RULES
Conditions of mounts ownership:
When
customming a mount, you can design it (and send to breeders who will
make official import looking like your design) but be aware of:- Design you will put to the group belongs to group. You are the designer, but you can't take the design out of the group anymore. If you designed nagian unicorn, it WILL be nagian unicorn forever.
Explanation: With
designing a mount, you are not operating with design itself but with
in-breed design, that was made to fit the breed. The design is dependant
on breedsheets, and breed charakteristics. So be aware. If you adopted
some design, and then you decided to change this design to in-breed
design, you are acknowledging, that it will belong to the group, and it
cannot be withdrawn out of the breed anymore.
Option of transfer:
You can ask Brissinge
for mount transfer to different creature species. In that case your
mount will be redesigned to lose all most iconic features of any
colderrian species.
Selling/buying mounts:
- if you are selling your mount, you are obliged to note the WoC-brissinge (submiter of imports) or put comment with the new owner under import, we can't keep track of all the sales and auctions and how they end up
- if you are selling your mount, feel free to throw an art auction of him, a raffle or in case of point auction make sure it isn't for higher amount of dA points or rits than what you bought it for. (Only exception is mount leveled up by you and transmoged/perked. Than you can ask for 400dA points/40 rits - price of rare mount. If you leveled/transmoged rare mount, that was bought by you for points, it's price increases to 600dA points/60 rits)
- if you are considering buying a new mount, make sure all your other mounts are properly registrated and have reference pictures drawn
- when you buy a mount from a previous owner, you are expected to draw a new reference for it, do not use the old one- when you buy a mount from a previous owner, all the ranking stays unchanged, all the points are the same and you can go on adding points to its score by drawing it more
IMPORTANT: Please, I beg you, do not use real world currencies to sell or buy WoC mounts, no matter how levelled up they are! It puts a great and unecessary pressure on simple game (and gives literal anxiety to Brissinge, because when money gets involved, it can go wild real quick). This is just a game, don't put your real money into it, please.
Losing owned mounts:
When will it happen? - only if you as a player is banned from group for repeated violation of rules and conditions. Status of you mont will be changed to dead. Owner stays the same, but it cannot be used within the group anymore.
